TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
WHEREAS, the Genesee County Board of County Commissioners (this “Board”) is authorized to appoint a member to the Bishop International Airport Authority Board (“Airport Board”) when an appointment term ends or a vacancy occurs; and
WHEREAS, there is a current vacancy on the Airport Board, requiring this Board to fill the position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board hereby appoints John Tosto to be a member of the Bishop International Airport Authority Board, for a three-year term expiring on December 31, 2028, having found that Mr. Tosto satisfies the requirements set by this Board’s Appointment Policy (Policy 01.002) and any relevant statutory authority.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the appointee is subject to removal by this Board pursuant to the Appointment Policy (Policy 01.002) and any relevant statutory authority.
