BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Requesting approval for the renewal of FireEye (by Trellix); security platform designed to thwart Malware/Advanced Malware, Crimeware/Ransomware and to identify potential threatening internet addresses, etc. Information Technology has worked with the vendor SHI to update the renewal term starting 10/27/23-9/30/24 to align with the County's Fiscal Year. (previous renewal term was 10/27-10/26*). A PO will be issued to vendor SHI in the amount not to exceed the quoted cost of $39,750.00 from the IT budget line item 1010-228.01-933.001. This is an annual renewal that has been budgeted for.

This software product renews on a yearly basis and was originally acquired in 2019.
