BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval of a request by Facilities and Operations to increase allowable spend with Johnson Controls US Holdings Inc. not to exceed $40,000.00 for FYE 2027
BACKGROUND:
Facilities and Operations staff maintain 22 sites throughout Genesee County.
DISCUSSION:
Johnson Controls US Holdings Inc. provides miscellaneous work on fire panels, smoke detectors, testing, inspecting and sometimes supplies the parts for us to do the repairs.
Purchases are made based on the need & quotes.
