BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
The Genesee County Office of Senior Services (GCOSS) requests approval of a contract between Genesee County and Forest Township Area Senior Center Inc., in an amount not to exceed $137,923.00 to provide for the operation of the Forest Township Senior Center; the cost for this agreement will be paid from Genesee County's Senior Millage Funds.
BACKGROUND:
This is the annual contract that allows the senior centers to receive reimbursement for approved budgeted monthly expenses from the Genesee County Senior Millage.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
