TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan (this “Board”), hereby creates an Appointment Committee, said special committee being created pursuant to Rule 5.3 of the Genesee County Board of County Commissioners Rules and Procedures, to recommend candidates to this Board for appointment to various boards and commissions to which this Board has the authority to appoint.
