Approval of a purchase order to Michigan State Police for the fiscal year ending 2025, in an amount not to exceed $54,800.00 for the renewal of the Records Management System for the service dates 10/1/2024-9/30/2025; the cost for the purchase order will be paid from account 1010-351.00-933.001
BACKGROUND:
This PO request is an annual renewal of services. This PO allows the Sheriff's Office to access Premier One. Premier One is a record management system that forensically saves reports and jail records. Premier One also allows for data sharing between law enforcement agencies.
