BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Fiscal Services is requesting the attached budget amendments to update the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, budget.
BACKGROUND:
Periodically throughout the fiscal year, amendments are needed to align budget as additional information is available to determine projected actual costs.
DISCUSSION:
These adjustments are needed to adjust revenue and expenditure accounts to reflect actual activity for the fiscal year.
IMPACT ON HUMAN RESOURCES:
None.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
? Amendment to carry forward the Remonumentation grant award into the current fiscal year.
? Amendments to carry forward Park and Recreations grant awards into the current fiscal year.
? Amendment for DTR Transfer to General Fund for the upgrade of Treasury computer equipment.
? Amendment to Circuit Court VBRD grant to match the remaining award.
? Amendments to Heath Department grant awards for current trends.
?Amendment for Planning rollover of grants that were unspent during FYE 2025.
?Amendment to Medical Examiner revenue and expense for a grant.
?Amendment to General Fund revenue to align with current trends.
