recommendation
BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval of accepting the grant award of $25,000 from Region 6 Perinatal Grant Mini Grant for the Glow and Grow project.
BACKGROUND:

A Request for Proposal titled "2025 Advancing Healthy Births" was released to ensure healthy birth outcomes, improve equity and reduce disparities to which GCHD applied and was awarded $25,000.

We are requesting the approval of the Subrecipient Agreement from Region 6 Perinatal Quality Collaborative to carry out this innovative project called Glow and Grow. The fiduciary for the grant is Saginaw Health Department. No additional county appropriation is needed.
