BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
The Genesee County Community Action Resource Department (GCCARD) requests authorization to approve the addition of $1,920.98 to Sonitrol Great Lakes Purchase Order (PO) #25-02625 previously approved by Document Review 25-600 and increased by Document Review 26-086 and 26-336 for a new total not to exceed $19,620.98.
BACKGROUND:
GCCARD continues to utilize Sonitrol Great Lakes at 2727 Lippincott Blvd., Flint, MI 48507, for 24-hour intrusion, fire, and equipment malfunction monitoring under the contract approved by Document Review 23-169.
DISCUSSION:
GCCARD is requesting approval to increase PO#25-02625 by $1,920.98 to include monitoring of the new walk-in freezer at 2727 Lippincott Blvd. to prevent the loss of GCCARD supplies and food.
IMPACT ON HUMAN RESOURCES:
There will be no impact on Human Resources.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
Funds for the addition of $1,920.98 to PO #25-02625 are budgeted and available in fund # 2827-699.54-801.004. No General Fund dollars are being requested.
IMPACT ON FACILITIES:
There will be no impact on Facilities.
IMPACT ON TECHNOLOGY:
There will be no impact on Technology.
CONFORMITY TO COUNTY PRIORITIES:
