TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, in accordance with the Appointments Policy, authorizes advertising to fill three (3) General Member, and one (1) Primary Consumer, vacant seats on the Genesee Health System Board of Directors for terms expiring March 31, 2029.
