BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
The Office of Fiscal Services is requesting the attached budget amendments to update the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, budget.
BACKGROUND:
Periodically throughout the fiscal year, amendments are needed to align budget as additional information is available to determine projected actual costs.
DISCUSSION:
These adjustments are needed to adjust revenue and expenditure accounts to reflect actual activity for the fiscal year.
IMPACT ON HUMAN RESOURCES:
None.

The requested amendments will impact the budget as follows:
? Increase in motor pool to cover the cost of vehicle leases
? Adjust Drug Court Grant budget to match grant
? Transfer request for Planning Mt Morris Project
? Realignment of County Clerk line items
? Health Department Budget realignment to match state reporting requirements
? Adjustment to Family Division OT budget
? Transfer costs of printing dog licenses from Treasury to Animal Shelter
? Allocation of Sheriff forfeiture funds for uniform costs
? Adjustment to F&O Mcree budget
? Realignment of Community Corrections various line items
? Realignment of Animal Control various line items
? Rollover Remonumentation budget from prior fiscal year
? Allocate funds for training and membership for Risk Management
? Adjust Senior Services motor pool expenses due to increase of vehicle assignments
? Rollover of capital improvement funds from prior fiscal year
? Adjustments to Prosecutor and Corp Counsel for case backlog grant wage increases
