TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan (this “Board”), directs that a letter be sent to the Genesee County Board of County Road Commissioners (“Road Commission Board”) requesting that, if a County Road Commissioner submits a letter of resignation to the Road Commission Board, notification of that letter of resignation be immediately sent to the Chairperson of this Board, its Director of Administration, and its Corporation Counsel.
