LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, authorizes hiring Hiring Solutions to commence a search for a new Chief Financial Officer (a copy of the memorandum request being on file with the official records of the September 16, 2026 meeting of the Finance Committee of this Board).
