BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve the purchase of Onbase Software maintenance for the period commencing October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024 in the amount of 161,035.38.
BACKGROUND:
OnBase is the document imaging and workflow system that departments rely on for critical functions. We have expanded its use this year where HR and Fiscal have adopted for their needs to reduce paper.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, by this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, that the request by the Chief Information Officer to authorize an expenditure, in the form of a Purchase Order to ImageSoft , Inc., in an amount not to exceed $161,035.38 to be paid from Account 1010-228.01-933.001 for Onbase Software maintenance for the period commencing October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024, is approved (a copy of the memorandum request and supporting documentation being on file with the records of the October 11, 2023 meeting of the Public Works Committee of this Board).
