BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval to enter a blanket PO to Bob Barker for FY26 in the amount of $45,000.00 to be paid from two accounts: Supplies Other 1010-351.00-752.000 ($25,000.00) and Inmate Clothing 1010-351.00-768.000 ($20,000.00). (Budget approval through Fiscal*)
BACKGROUND:
Bob Barker has been a long-time approved and trusted County vendor servicing both the Genesee County Jail and the Genesee County Juvenile Justice Center. This vendor is also part of the Omnia Partners (for pricing).
DISCUSSION:
For 50 years Bob Barker Company has introduced many new, innovative products to help solve customers' problems and make corrections and detention facilities safer. Bob Barker Company offers the broadest product line and largest inventory of corrections and detention supplies to federal, state and local government agencies and select businesses.
