BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Requesting approval of an agreement between Cintas and Genesee County for providing replacement mats that will be placed on the floors in County facilities. The company will also provide other items to GCCARD.
BACKGROUND:
In the past, the County has utilized Cintas to provide various items that include mats, towels, janitorial supplies, and other items. Upon speaking with the vendor, the County will obtain discount pricing for some of the services by using a cooperative agreement through Sourcewell. I am submitting requests from Facilities and GCCARD in order to leverage our request.
DISCUSSION:
As agreement is attached that provides pricing and terms and conditions of the purchase. Requesting that this go through Document review since the total request will be $30,000.00
