TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
WHEREAS, the Genesee County Board of County Commissioners (“this Board”) is authorized to appoint a member to the Genesee County Family Independence Agency Board of Directors when an appointment term ends or a vacancy occurs; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on the Genesee County Family Independence Agency Board of Directors, requiring this Board to fill said vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board hereby appoints Ms. Tiffany Quinn to be a member of the Genesee County Family Independence Agency Board of Directors to serve out a new term expiring September 27, 2026, having found that Ms. Quinn satisfies the requirements set by this Board’s Appointment Policy Resolution No. 02-124, as amended by Resolution No. 17-487, and any relevant statutory authority.
