BACKGROUND:
For Program Year 2022, Catholic Charities was awarded $60,872 of ESG-CV funds for Emergency Shelter Operations activities. Catholic Charities was unable to spend the full award amount due to staffing challenges. Staff are extending the contract to allow reimbursement of expenses incurred on or before September 30th in order to spend all of the ESG CARES funds.
