TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
WHEREAS, the Genesee County Board of County Commissioners (“this Board”) is authorized to appoint a member to the Economic Development Corporation of the County of Genesee (“EDC”) Board of Directors when an appointment term ends or a vacancy occurs; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on the EDC Board of Directors, requiring this Board to fill said vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board hereby appoints Mr. Kenneth Snyder to be a member of the EDC Board of Directors to serve out a new term expiring June 14, 2029, having found that Mr. Snyder satisfies the requirements set by this Board’s Appointment Policy Resolution No. 02-124, as amended by Resolution No. 17-487, and any relevant statutory authority.
