TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, authorizes amending the Agreement between Genesee County and the Genesee County Medical Control Authority ("MCA"), said amendment being necessary to increase County funding to the MCA, in an amount not to exceed $17,946.00 for the contractual term ending September 30, 2026, to allow the MCA to hire a Deputy Director as part of a succession plan to become Executive Director upon the current Executive Director's retirement (a copy of the memorandum request and supporting documents to be placed on file with the official records of the July 15, 2026 meeting of the Human Services Committee of this Board), and the Chairperson of this Boa...
