COUNTY OF GENESEE RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEW BROWNFIELD PLAN FOR THE CITY OF MONTROSE PURSUANT TO AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 381 OF THE PUBLIC ACTS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN OF 1996, AS AMENDED
At a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissions of Genesee County, Michigan, held in the Bryant "BB" Nolden Auditorium of the County Administration Building, 324 S. Saginaw Street, Flint, Michigan 48502, on the 7th day of January, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.

WHEREAS, the Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (the "Authority") of the County of Genesee, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Act, being Act 381 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan of 1996, as amended (the "Act"), has recommended for approval by this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan ("Board"), a new Brownfield Plan (the "Plan") for the City of Montrose pursuant to and in accordance with Section 13 of the Act; and
