TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:

                     WHEREAS, this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan (“Board”), has adopted an Annual Evaluation of Direct Reports Policy (“Evaluation Policy”); and

WHEREAS, this Board wishes to implement said Evaluation Policy for its direct report position of Director of Administration. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board authorizes adopting the attached Evaluation Instrument for the position of Director of Administration for the 2025 annual evaluation to be conducted in accordance with the process and timeline established by Resolution 2025-2586.
