TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, accepts the request and recommendation of outside counsel in the matter of Ronald Rice v Michael Schuyler, et al, U.S. District Court case no. 24-cv-11637, and authorizes action as discussed in closed session on January 28, 2026.
