BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
The Genesee County Community Action Resource Department (GCCARD) requests authorization from this committee to amend GCCARD's Cintas Purchase Order (RESO 2024-018), to add $3,100.00 in additional funds.
BACKGROUND:
Genesee County has utilized Cintas to provide various items that include mats and towels. The County receives discount pricing for some of the services by using a cooperative agreement through Sourcewell. The original PO for this request was approved on January 24, 2024. These are budgeted expenses in GCCARD's approved FY-2023-2024 budget.
DISCUSSION:
$3,100.00 additional funds are needed in Funds 2827-699.53-763.000 ($300.00), 2757-697.30-752.000 ($500.00), 2759-697.30-752.000 ($800.00), 2746-695.40-752.000 ($500.00) and 2742-695.40-752.000 ($1,000.00), to cover Cintas expenses.

The following account numbers will be amended: $300.00 added to fund# 2827-699.53-763.000; $500.00 added to fund# 2757-697.30-752.000; $800.00 added to fund# 2759-697.30-752.000; $500.00 added to fund#2746-695.40-752.000 and $1,000.00 added to fund# 2742-695.40-752.000. No General Fund Dollars are being requested.

The facilities will be kept safe for constituents and employees.

CONFORMITY TO COUNTY PRIORITIES:
This purchase order request conforms with Genesee County's priority of Healthy, Livable & Safe Communities by ensuring access to needed kitchen and cleaning supplies including mats and uniforms to provide a healthy and safe facility to service the residents of Genesee County.
